First off, I should say I've never been terribly impressed with any Logan's I've ever been to. But this location was by far the worst. The waitress was horrible and didn't seem concerned one bit with accommodating her customers. And I'm not just talking about my party here. The large group next to us had to wait nearly 20 minutes for her to get their checks in order. Why people like this take jobs in customer service I will never know. As for my table, the waitress came by three times within about 6 or 7 minutes asking if we were ready to order. She seemed very bothered and inconvenienced that we were even taking that long. Of course, after we ordered she practically disappeared and only came back to check on the table once. The food itself was way off the mark. I ordered the filet, medium and when it arrived it was completely pink. I could've eaten it medium-rare but this thing was beyond rare. I wasn't even confident it would be safe to eat. With my waitress MIA, I had to grab a random employee to send the steak back. I told them I ordered it medium and this one clearly was not. The employee assured me it would be fixed and back out before I knew it. So 10-12 minutes later the steak came back, as expected, burnt to a crisp. I sighed and just bit my tongue. I took a few bites before I was over it and ready to go. The manager came around to see if everything had been taken care of. I told him not really but my experience had already been so bad there was nothing he could really do at this point anyway. He was very nice, apologized profusely and assured me my meal would be taken off the final bill. After what seemed like an eternity our original waitress came back by and brought me the bill. I left a more than generous $2 tip and couldn't get out of there fast enough. The only reason I didn't give this restaurant a 1-star rating is because my opinion of it is based on only one visit. Regardless, the experience was so bad that I won't ever be back if I can help it.

We went in here after a long flight from London. About the only people there. We waited 45 min for our food and it was cold. Don't waste your time with this restaurant.

For some reason, I believe that an experience at Logan's roadhouse should be top-quality. But every time my husband and I have gone, it seems like a middle class to low income restaurant. The food has never been outstanding, and a few times has actually been, in my opinion, not worth finishing. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not very memorable.

The brand loyalty brought us to the restaurant. The poor customer service by the "could-care-less" manager and his assistant "move slower". Made me start the clock on their "just-here-for-the-paycheck" performance. - Seated at 1:00 PM and served one-hour and twenty minutes later. - The grilled chicken salad had the white core as a major portion of the salad. It was obvious that cleaning up between preparation is not important since green peppers were a part of the salad and not a part of the list of ingredients. - The waitress, Amy, could care less about all the white core and green pepper I had laid out of the salad and on to the table. - The tables around the bar seated only by hostess. So, don't think you've just found an easy table. - there are lots of tables open but the manager, assistant manager, hostess staff and table cleaner are too busy eating in the back and sometimes in the front to worry about it.

Good salmon! Two for 14.99 dinners are so worth it. Please see times. Staff is friendly. Salads are average but dressings are homemade. Will try steak next time.

We came here on a Sunday night about 8 PM and we asked to be seated in the booth, we were placed in three different booths because every booth we wanted to sit in that station was closed. you're supposed to get a bucket full of peanuts that you can devour and eat all you want but our bucket was empty and we had to get up ourselves and go get a bucket of peanuts! I think the station we sat at was closed and they didn't want to mess up the floors I they didn't bring peanuts to us. part of being there is the joy of dumping the shells on the floor. We both ordered steak, we were waiting for a breadbasket to come we had asked the waitstaff for the breadbasket then we had to ask for water and a drink we wanted to order didn't come with the extra shot in the little cute rocking chair because they mention everybody steals the rocking chairs so we couldnt get one of the famous drinks they had disappointed in the service the food was three stars the service was two stars probably would never go back

Logan's Roadhouse in Spring Hill I am officially done with you! I received bad service before and yesterday tried take out since I did not want to deal with the awful wait staff. I normally would not have came back but I was enticed by the Buy One get One Free coupon that was in the Sunday paper. Business must be hurting if that's how you have to get business. I called at 5:36 pm and put in my order for two meals. Sam told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 5:55 which would have been around the 15 minute wait. I stood up front and had several people tell me my order would be right up, well I ended up waiting 10 minutes and I was done!! My guess is they forgot about my order and I was not about to wait another 10 minutes for my food! Luckily no one took my money before so I just told the hostess to tell them they can forget my order and I'm not waiting any longer. The manager knew who I was and had my phone number and do you think they bothered to call to apologize, NOPE!! I went right across the street and ordered dinner at BW3 and they told me it was a 15 minute wait and my meal was ready in 9 minutes. At least someone is true to their take out time. Sorry but this Logan's is just pathetic!

Logan's use to be an excellent steakhouse however with the changes a few months back it has still not recovered from the fall. Changing what's not broken has made me dread this place. The steak use to be amazingly tender along with a bountiful salad and great loaded baked potato. If I wasn't in the mood for steak, the burgers or chicken strips were great. However the steaks (filet mignon) became chewy and stringy like they used a type of meat glue. The burgers are decent and nothing special. The chicken strips are chewy and are filled with gristle. Now I rarely visit Logan's unless I want a salad and even then it is hit or miss depending on who makes the salad that day. Service is again hit or miss however I have seen an improvement in this area. My advice is to try another restaurant in the area or wait a few months and try again like I do.

Went in Wednesday for lunch and unbelieveably it was great! We have been there several times before and it is always a crap shoot, usually a bad one. I had to drag my wife in because she is finished with Logan's. But this time it was what this place aspires to be. My t-bone was cooked perfectly, as was the wife's burger. Service was great. Food was hot. I spoke with the regional manager and complimented the staff and experience overall. I still can't believe it! I'm scared to go back. If they are bringing in top mgmt. to straighten out the problems then good for them, I could learn to love this place.

This was a terrible experience! I ordered the trio skewers and they were over cooked and didn't come with the pineapple it said it would. When I asked for it they told me they were out of wooden skewers so I didn't get pineapple... WTF?! Makes sense to me :/ then the grilled mushrooms were gross so I asked for broccoli instead. It was good. The baked potato was good. I don't think you can mess that up. My husband ordered a steak that was cooked wrong according to the server and she said that she was making them recook. After she brought his aides and my whole dinner. So I had to eat in front of him while he waited for his steak because he didn't want mine to get cold. When they finally brought his steak it was cooked wrong again. (Undercooked, he asked for medium) so then the manager brought it back to him and said that he wouldn't charge him for the steak. Our drinks ran out twice. Just not good at all

Not sure what everyone's negative comments are for, maybe it was an off night for your server. Anyways, a Friday evening at 7:20 and our wait was about 20 minutes. Our server, Eric, was AMAZING. A new father with a 4 month old baby, proudly showed us the picture. This man, with even lack of sleep is one of the most amazing servers we have ever had, anywhere. Personality plus. Never rushed us. Remembered our never off the menu orders without writing anything down. Order came perfect......food was delicious, per the 5 eating. Ribs, fell off the bone, prime rib came perfectly pink as requested, steaks were as requested and so was the entree salad. Their yeast rolls......just go in for those!! Will gladly go back again to this location.

Went in last night at dinner time and they were busy but was able to sit at the bar and had a great meal and cold beer. Bartender was busy but kept up a good running conversation with everyone. Manager even went behind the bar and said hi to everybody. Thanks for a great steak and potato.

Geez - Another poorly managed eatery in The Crossing. We show up for lunch and only half of the tables are full. There were two groups ahead of us. 15 minutes later there are 7 - 8 groups waiting and no one has been seated. There must be 30 empty booths. I asked how much longer, because I see they have plenty of seats (no enough servers????) "Maybe 10 minutes, but maybe more???" Thanks & see ya

This Logan's location has a great vibe---you cannot beat the happy hour specials on drinks and even some food items...The bar staff is always very friendly and quickly recognize the regulars and take care of them. 2.00 beers and 3.00 nachos that are delish---the air conditioning is always pumping too when it is too hot to do anything but have a nice cold one...

Horrible service. It took our waiter 20 minutes to even take our order. Drinks went unfilled, the waiter had to be tracked down a few times to get drinks filled, and our food took over an hour to come out. Food quality was great, but the wait and the HORRIBLE service has us never wanting to come back.

Stopped in for a business lunch with 5 colleagues. We were seated quickly. Our waitress took our drink order quickly. She placed a bucket of peanuts and rolls on the table shortly after we were seated. I ordered the lunch salmon. It was just a little over cooked but was still very moist. The rice and broccoli were good with the broccoli being cooked about perfect. Not to mushy, not to hard. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. I would have given them 4 stars but the table was very sticky. I would give them a pass on this because we were just after the lunch rush but we asked three times to have it wiped off with no luck, so we gave up. Other than the sticky table issue the service was very good.

I visited this restaurant 2 times (not by my choice) in past 1.5 weeks. The service is slow, painfully slow. It wasn't busy at all during the second visit either. This has be been an issue at this location since it opened. The food is average at best, the salads are good, but the burgers and steaks leave much to be desired. The only reason this location received 2 stars is the staff was very friendly and professional aside for the lack of attentiveness when it comes to basic table waiting.

Stopped in for a business lunch with 6 people not including myself.... we were sat at a bar table to begin with, then had to move to make room. After we were moved, we didnt have a server for 15 minutes (wonderful) and when we DID get a server, we got a new kid. Claimed he was 22 but probably had the iq of a 10 year old. He took our orders, and when the food came, 1 was missing. He claims he "dropped it" but when confronted about it, he owned up to not entering it. Food was good, dont get me wrong. Took forever to get refills, we thought he was brewing the tea himself! But when attempting to split the checks, he didn't understand..... so I ended up paying a $95 bill on someone else's food, even though my food was only $21..... what really got me was the the manager put him up to lying about the steak that was "dropped".... Logans will no longer be my first choice for out of state business dinners..... or even a thought. So much for "southern hospitality"....

Worst dinner ever..Should have never chose this restaurant as a spot for Valentine's Day with my loved ones. Wait time to be seated was fast but after being seated, our server took his time about taking our order. After finally getting a waiter to take our drink order, it was forever to get the drinks. After about a 20 minute wait, he returned with our drinks and took our food order. My son got grilled shrimp & grilled chicken, I ordered a steak, medium well. Both dinners came with potatoes & a salad. After another 30 minutes, our food arrived cold and my steak was well done and tough. My son had cold shrimp on a skewer and didn't get his potato with his dinner and it finally arrived with no butter, sour cream or Bacon bits as they were out. The manager was the one that brought the potato out on a plate to our table with nothing but a slit down the middle! This was our first & last time eating at this restaurant and I will not recommend anyone I know to go there. The best thing about the whole experience was the Mason jar if peach lemonade. Ridiculous!

I've had good & bad experiences at Logans. Good service, horrible service. Great food, awful food. No wait, hour wait. It's a crap shoot... If you get a good server the chances of having a good dining experience seem to be greatly increased... but a bad server and you might as well leave. I'd recommend Logans if you have a coupon... but if you don't... it's really not worth it. Their food is generally OK, but not for the price. Their drinks are way overpriced and it's very loud and "bar-like". NOTE: If you have a peanut allergy.... STEER CLEAR!!!!! PEANUTS ARE EVERYWHERE!!!!

Gross- ordered the ribs with mac and cheese and sweet potato fries. Husband got the chicken tenders with fries. My ribs were so dry and old I pulled off a little piece and the meat tasted off. The mac and cheese was so bland, the only thing that was decent were the fries. I sent it back and told the waitress it was inedible. She apologized and was very nice. I told her I didn't want anything else so she said she'd talk to the manager. My husbands chicken strips were also disgusting. He couldn't eat them but he never complains so we brought them home for the dogs. We were waiting for the waitress to bring the check for about 10 minutes and then she comes out with another plate of ribs...she said the manager picked them out himself...I told her I didn't want another plate that my husband was done eating and would like the ribs taken off the bill. At no time did the manager ever come out to talk to us and after she took the first plate away I figured after all that time she would just get the bill. She was trying and we weren't upset, just wasn't going to pay for rotten food. Really you could tell by the way they look that you shouldn't send that out of the kitchen, the meat was so bad they could end up giving someone food poisoning. Obviously their is a problem with management in the food quality and also customer service department. If their is a problem a manager should take care of it. I commend the waitress for being so nice and trying as best she could. She thanked us and asked us to come again and hoped our next time back would be better. I can tell you though if a restaurant ever tries to feed me rotten food, I will never go back again..not ever.
